How the Psychology life coaching process works

  1. 30 min sample ‘getting to know session’, to determine if we can work together and start to build a coaching relationship
  2. 1 hour coaching assessment - Learning about you and what has brought you here. Identify achievable goals of what you want to achieve
  3. Coaching sessions
  4. Review session- To assess where we are in the coaching relationship, to determine if the process is complete or to continue the coaching practise
